Peter Godden is a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Building, having first qualified for membership at Canterbury College in 1969. He is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He worked for various architectural/surveying organizations in the East Kent area since the mid 1960s and in 1976 started his own building surveying practice. In 1979 Peter was joined by Paul Allen when the Godden & Allen partnership began.
