We are also able to provide project management services where we advise our clients right from the very initial stages of a project and act as the interface between the client and the project team. We can assist in developing the project brief, liaising with various client side groups as necessary, developing the project execution plan and risk register, advising on the professional services required and engaging consultants as necessary. We manage and oversee the entire design and construction process to ultimately ensure the project is realised on time, on programme and within budget.

If required we are also able to offer comprehensive cost management and quantity surveying services, again by working with other consultants with whom we have partnering arrangements. This again allows us to provide our clients with a single point of responsibility for all consultancy services on a project.
